About H & H Excavation

We understand the system side of things.

H & H Excavation started in January 2023 as Blue Ring Waterworks, a company built to manage water systems. We handled the office work, work orders, repairs, and maintenance for a 1,000-service system, and also operated a municipal system with just under 500 connections. In 2024, we moved into excavation, and became H & H Excavation.  That background is why utilities call us. Digging the hole is only part of the job. We know how a system runs, what's at stake when it's down, and what it takes to get customers back in service.

The owner, Jonathan Holden, holds an Arkansas Class 4 Water Distribution License and a Class 2 Wastewater Operator License.  He has over 19 years of experience in both municipal and rural water systems, including 12 years as a municipal water/sewer superintendent.  He still runs jobs with that mindset: wasted water is wasted money, so we move fast and do the work right.

We also have a secondary licensed water distribution operator on staff.
